After arriving at the office of Dr. Ferine Johannes, my wife and I were greeted by the doctor with kindness and friendly smile. The doctor listened to our needs and then explained the process in detail. She performed the examination and during the process, she personally reviewed the scans with me and explained in depth the health of my eyes. It was very thoughtful of her to take the time to explain the results of the examination to ensure my understanding and what was needed to go forward. Dr. Ferine was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This was great experience and we highly recommend Dr. Ferine Johannes.
